For my birthday my family got me a few of the One on One workouts. Today my son Nathan and I did ‘Just Arms’. This is a workout sure to pump your arms. In a superset sequence of biceps, forearms and triceps, Tony takes you though nearly an hour of working the glamour muscles.
Tony is only loosely scripted in the one on one series. Also a bit more of his personality shows through which could be a positive or negative depending on how much you like ‘raw’ Horton. There is no warm up so come to the party warmed up beforehand. The toughest part came at the end where Tony has re-made the static arm curl exercise into ‘crazy 8’s’. At double the reps per round, this bicep exercise is a killer.
I’ll be doing this one again!
