OK this is not bragging.. it’s just plain excitement
I weighed myself yesterday and have made more than half-way to my weight loss goal of 30 pounds.
having started out kind’a slow, with maybe a tad overly optimistic goals, it is darn sweet to have crossed the half-way mark. While I never expected to lose all 30 pounds in 90 days, I had the ambitious goal of losing 25 lbs, with P90X workout…
with about 2 weeks left I think I’ll make it at least to 20 or maybe even 22 lbs.. we’ll see how bad I eat on my “cheat day”
