Grilling makes food taste great, no big mess to clean up, and LOW in fat.
Fish is one of my favorites to grill  because it’s high in protein and low in fat, but most people have a real problem with it sticking to the grill, and end up with half of the fish falling in the abyss of fiery hot coals, where it’s totally incinerated. OK.. I’m not “Hot”  (except to my wife) but I did make the most of what God gave.. and I started late in life.
Getting your body in shape over 40 is simpler that you think, but not easy.. does that make sense?
