Valuable Lessons about Eating and Weight Loss

You’ve already heard losing weight is a matter of diet and exercise, and if you’re like me ignored the advice.
Some people cling to the same old foods, and exercise hard.. assuming the burning calories will more than make up for eating like crap.
Other people have excuse after excuse as to why time, or an old injury, prevents them from exercise.. so they simply  reduce their calories, and skip exercise,  to lose weight.

Fit over 50 years old

Well the results are in.. it’s been 90 days of using P90x and I have to fess up on how I did (I actually finished the 90 day a while ago, but didn’t get my pics up)
Bottom line… In 90 days, I lost 32 pounds.. to date 44 pounds
So to recap.. my goal was to lose 30 pounds in 90 days. to be honest I didn’t think it was possible.  Given that I’m 52 years old, was never an athlete, and had virtually no physical activity as part of my daily …

60 Days of P90X

After 60 days, I must say I’m pretty impressed with the P90X program…
I know anyone reading this probably wants the bottom line.. so after 60 days
lost 11 pounds and 2 inches off my waist..
there are other things I don’t really have measurements for.. like chest, and arms.. but I can tell you I’ve firmed up everywhere, and get stronger all the time.
While I STILL can’t do all the exercises the way Tony Horton (P90X creator) does, I make progress and have settled into a routine that works for me.
