You’ve already heard losing weight is a matter of diet and exercise, and if you’re like me ignored the advice.
Some people cling to the same old foods, and exercise hard.. assuming the burning calories will more than make up for eating like crap.

Super Pumps from Just Arms

For my birthday my family got me a few of the One on One workouts.  Today my son Nathan and I did ‘Just Arms’.  This is a workout sure to pump your arms.  In a superset sequence of biceps, forearms and triceps, Tony takes you though nearly an hour of working the glamour muscles.

My P90X over 50 transformation continues…

I’ve been a bit remiss about posting… so just to let you know.. the dream continues
I’ve now completed round 2 of P90X and even then I relaxed a bit, let me tell you why…
My metabolism is on fire, I eat healthy but eat  A LOT.  I’m the guy that thought a fat burning metabolism was something you were born with, not something you could train your body to become (I was wrong)

Grilling makes food taste great, no big mess to clean up, and LOW in fat.
Fish is one of my favorites to grill  because it’s high in protein and low in fat, but most people have a real problem with it sticking to the grill, and end up with half of the fish falling in the abyss of fiery hot coals, where it’s totally incinerated. Hot Over 40?

OK.. I’m not “Hot”  (except to my wife) but I did make the most of what God gave.. and I started late in life.
Getting your body in shape over 40 is simpler that you think, but not easy.. does that make sense?
Let me explain.. 
Simple…to get in shape you need a plan and one that works. Don’t just make up your own exercise routine, Ive tried that it just doesn’t work.  You’ll end up setting exercise limits for yourself, and the only thing those limits accomplish, is to limit your success.
